1. Booking & Service Requests

Styling sessions, closet makeovers, and all other services can be booked through the contact form or directly via email.

Once we receive your request, you will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm availability and details.

Alternatively, bookings can be made instantly through our online booking system if available.

2. Payments

Payments are accepted via:

• PayPal (secure online payment)
• eTransfer (for clients based in Canada)

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in emergency situations.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of styling services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

5. Confidentiality

All client information, including style preferences, sizing, and personal details, is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties

6. Use of Content

Any before/after images or styling results will only be shared publicly (e.g. social media or portfolio) with your explicit consent.
